Dr. Oz Total Body Reboot

I picked 'Stick With Cardio' because this is something I'm doing along with weightlifting and love it. 'Recharge Metabolism' is one that I believe has given me the greatest results, eating regularly and only protein, carbs and veggies. 'Stock up on Meals' is something I do, I'll cook my chicken breasts, beans, rice, turkey burgers for the week. 'Work your Core' I'm doing through HIIT classes twice a week.
