Film is a notoriously tough industry to break into. Many actors, writers, and directors spend years—if not decades—desperately trying to bring their artistic vision to the world. Noura Boustany Jost ’18 isn’t interested in being constrained by that timeline. At just 19, she already has multiple serious film credits, and has put together a resume that very much indicates that she’s just getting started.

Unfortunately, Phillips admits that those talents never quite took off; so instead, she found an alternative way to get into the Games: her career.


Beginning August 2015 as Dean of the Pforzheimer Honors College, Susan Dinan, PhD, will spearhead the articulation, development, and implementation of a comprehensive vision that positions the Honors College as a first choice destination for high-achieving high school students. “I wasn’t really allowed to use a computer growing up,” admits Computer Science major Julie Gauthier ’15. “My mom just did not like it…so I wasn’t allowed to use it unless I was typing an essay for school,” she says. “But when mom went to work, I was on Myspace.”

CBS Corporation, NBCUniversal, and Gimme Mo’ Productions are just a few places Alexandra Osten ’15 has interned while at Pace. The Lubin School of Business Arts and Entertainment Management and Global Marketing double major has completed a total of nine internships so far, including two at NBCUniversal, and is currently applying for her 10th this summer.

Kristie Dash '14 is currently assistant to the Editor in Chief at Lucky Magazine. Before landing that position, she did internships at Fashion Week, Celebuzz, Teen Vogue, Vogue, NBC Universal, and Harper's Bazaar. #PaceHonorsNYC
