Eating healthy and good food is not only a joy for our mouth but cam be a cultural exercise for our mind! So now you can learn how to cook with us! A Cooking Class with a professional cook for guests who want to learn how to do a complete Italian dinner. The lesson lasts about 4 hours, during the lesson you will do a whole dinner with antipasto, primo piatto, secondo piatto, dolce (bread is included). At the end you will eat the meal in your dining room. Wine and mineral water aren’t included.

Whisk the eggs. Coat the chops first in flour, then in whisked egg and finally in thin breadcrumbs. Press the breading firmly in place. Heat the oil in fry pan, add the chops and fry on medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden brown.
