This is a must try because all you really have to lose is a can of cake mix, sprite, and 5 minutes prep time. You need:b 1 package white cake mix 8 oz. sprite 2 // 16 oz. bags of frozen fruit of your choice. (I used blackberries and raspberries.) You do: Layer frozen fruit on the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Sprinkle cake mix on top until covered. Pour sprite over cake mix. Put in oven for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool 15-20 minutes after… serve with vanilla ice cream!
We've come a long way since the seventies, but what was best then is still pretty good today. The world's best cookies were a recipe from the seventies, and you can still find it in old magazines and mom's recipe box. Using vegetable oil, two different sugars, coconut, and a whole bunch else, this recipe makes for a chewy, textured cookie that will delight the kids of today and yesterday.
