Jalapeño/cilantro salsa. Not bad but I would add more garlic. Also mine wasn't hot enough. Could be because my 4 jalapeños were small. Maybe add more next time or leave the seeds in. Or mix in a hotter pepper too. Good with meats or in soup.

So much molé at the Miguel Hidalgo market in downtown Tijuana! Molé is a traditional Mexican sauce that is made by grinding several ingredients into a fine powder or paste. Water or broth is then added to the paste to create a smooth sauce. Ingredients used to make mole include ancho, pasilla, mulato and chipotle chilies, and a combination of cumin, cloves, anise, tomatoes, tomatillos, garlic, sesame seeds, dried fruit, and chocolate.
