Chiles en Nogada. This recipe is almost a clone to my grandma's recipe. The one thing I see is it has a bit more onion than what we use and we roast the onion and garlic and process it with the tomato before adding it to the picadillo. Best recipe I have found on the net so far. Marilyn Tausend rocks!!
