Put a tiny bit of toothpaste into a small cup, mix in one teaspoon baking soda plus one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, and half a teaspoon water. Thoroughly mix then brush your teeth for two minutes. Remember to do it once a week until you have reached the results you want. Once your teeth are good and white, limit yourself to using the whitening treatment once every month or two

1/3 cup baking soda 1 cup white vinegar 1 plastic bag 1 large bag twisty tie Mix baking soda and vinegar in bag over a sink. Caution: Pour vinegar into bag slowly, there is an “explosive” foaming action that kicks in. Place bag over showerhead. Be sure it is submerged in the baking soda/vinegar solution. Secure with twisty tie. Let the showerhead soak in the solution overnight or for at least 2-3 hours. Wipe off showerhead prior to use.
