Pastry chef Vincent Gadan A traditional French wedding "cake" is actually a Croquembouche (a tower of creme-filled pastries, often drizzled with a little chocolate, caramel, honey or spun sugar.

Doughnut-Hole Christmas tree.... This is great for the sweets table at Christmas parties, especially when there are kids. I use gumdrops, and spearmint leaves as accents.

Doughnut-Hole Croquembouche would also be great with Mexican/Russian Wedding Cookies!
