Sun In + Dark Hair = Orange.

Davey & Goliath - a great childhood memory
Davey and Goliath. Watched this every Sunday morning before church. Davey was faced with some moral conflct during each episode. He didn't always do the right thing, but he always learned a valuable life lesson. Goliath's voice [the dog] was so weird, I can hear it in my head now.
Davey and Goliath! Ah the early indoctrination of the young, & I do mean literally early, this was only on TV very early on Sunday mornings when I was growing up.

70s- Valerie Bertinelli in One Day at A Time
One Day at a Time... I liked the show (what choice did I have if I wanted to watch tv?) but I remember the mother's appearance was extremely distasteful to me. I found her... hideously unattractive; for her to actually have dates and boyfriends, in my 6 year old mind, was preposterous!
library card catalogue ---almost a relic in today's electronic age
Old Schools, Libraries Cards, Remember This, Childhood Memories, Libraries Book, Cards Catalogue, Schools Libraries, Kids, Dewey Decimal
library card catalogue and the Dewey decimal system! I remember this well !
The Library Card Catalog - Childhood Memories
I <3 old school library card catalogues. #reading #library #books #classic
Want to blow a kids mind? Tell them that the research paper due next week has to be done using ONLY the library card catalogue and the Dewey Decimal System! NO COMPUTERS OR SEARCH ENGINE ALLOWED! Think they'd appreciate us "old farts" a little more then? In today's world, having to do a research paper the old school way is far worse than having "to walk to school, in the snow, up a hill both ways"!
The Uncle played in many of the first and second season episodes of Green Acres. The only character on Petticoat Junction that I thought was obnoxious! Not a role example for sure! Otherwise - this show was zany and a semi-real and entertaining capture of what rural America was believed to encounter along the tracks of backwoods life.
