I love making this mayo-less pasta salad with arugula, spinach, sun dried tomatoes, capers, fresh shaved Parmesan cheese and a splash of balsamic and oil. It’s great for lunch or dinner, and has a healthy serving of baby greens. Turkey Cranberry Almond Wrap. I made this on February 5 2015. It was so so so good and healthy which is always good. I used 2 chicken breast, sprinkled with my homemade ranch seasoning and grilled it on my George Forman and used 3 Tbsp Greek yogurt and dried cranberries. Will for sure make it again!
First time making spaghetti squash! After baking for hour, stuffed with a mix of ground beef, italian cheese, italian seasoning, tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic and an egg to hold it together. Topped with fresh sliced mozzarella and basil. Yum!
