Apple pie bars (crust on top and bottom to make them portable!) -- Used my go-to crust recipe instead of her crust recipe. Don't forget to poke some holes/slits in the top crust so it doesn't puff up. Also do NOT use cooking spray in pan.
Creamy Parmesan Mushroom and Spinach Tortellini Soup. I made this and it is DELICIOUS. I wanted it a bit soupy so i used while milk instead of cream and added about cup extra. I served it with garlic parmesan sourdough bread.
