Homemade calzone, going to make this for dinner tonight, except in mini sizes so we can all have our favorite fillings
Easy Calzone Recipe - Roll pizza dough into a rectangle the length of your baking sheet. It can be wider than the sheet because you will be folding the sides in. Place the dough on the baking sheet and let the sides hang off. Put sauce on the center half of the dough. Just like pizza, add your toppings (our favorites are pepperoni, olives, and mushrooms). Calzones can be a good way to use up leftovers. Any small amounts of meat, cheese and vegetables can be put into the calzone. Then add cheese. Now comes the special part. Cut the dough on the sides at about 3/4 inch intervals. Don't cut all the way to the filling. Then "wrap the baby." Start at the bottom and alternating sides, overlap the strips of dough onto the filling in a lattice pattern. You can stretch the pieces to fit all the way over the filling. Here is the calzone ready to bake. Bake your calzone at 375° F (190° C) for about 25-30 minutes.

Asian Peanut Noodles - Asian Peanut Noodles 1 pound spaghetti 3 cloves garlic, grated 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce 1 Tbls seasame oil 2 Tbls canola oil 1/2 cup peanut butter 2 Tbls rice vinegar 3 Tbls carrots, shredded 2 Tble seasame seeds Cook spaghetti according to the package direction. In a large bowl whisk together everything but the carrots. Whisk until well combined and smooth. Toss in the cooked pasta and carrots. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.

Bruschetta: Recipe: Bruschetta Prep Time: 20 Minutes | Cook Time: 10 Minutes | Difficulty: Easy | Servings: 12 <br> Ingredients 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil 5 cloves Garlic, Finely Minced 1 pint Red Grape Tomatoes, Halved Lengthwise 1 pint Yellow Grape Tomatoes, Halved Lengthwise 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar 16 whole Basil Leaves (chiffonade) Salt And Pepper To Taste (don't Oversalt!) 1 whole Baguette 8 Tablespoons Butter Preparation Instructions In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir, lightly frying for about a minute, removing before the garlic gets too brown (it can be golden.) Pour into a mixing bowl and allow to cool slightly. Add tomatoes, balsamic, basil, and salt and pepper to the bowl. Toss to combine, then taste and add more basil if needed, and more salt if needed (don't oversalt, though!) Cover and refrigerate for an hour or two if you have the time. Cut the baguette into diagonal slices to allow for the most surface area possible. Melt half the butter in a large skillet and grill half the bread on both sides, making sure they're nice and buttery. Cook till golden brown on both sides. Repeat with the other half of the butter and the other half of the bread. To serve, give the tomato mixture a final stir, the spoon generously over the slices of bread. Serve on a big platter as a first course or appetizer.

chickpea tomato salad with fresh basil -- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed; 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved; 25 large basil leaves, chopped; 3 cloves of garlic, minced; 1 tbsp red wine vinegar; 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar; 2 tsp olive oil; 1/2 tbsp honey (10g); pinch of salt // toss all ingredients together chill for at least 20 minutes, allowing all the flavours to merge.

This is a great chicken dish. The dijon mustard and maple syrup really balance each other. I used leg quarters and wings instead of chicken thighs and it tasted great. Don't skip on the rosemary, it was adds great flavor to the chicken. Definitely adding to the dinner rotation. -s2

First I used chicken thighs but we aren't a huge fan of that part of the chicken. So then I used chicken breasts but the flavor still isn't to our liking.
