CARAMEL MARSHMALLOW POPCORN ~Pop 1 pkg MICROWAVE POPCORN. Melt 1/2 cup BUTTER over low heat. Add 1 cup BROWN SUGAR, 2 tbsp LIGHT CORN SYRUP, 1/2 tsp VANILLA and 12 large MARSHMALLOWS. Turn heat to medium. Stir until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth. Pour over popcorn and stir toss well. Store in an airtight container.
