Garlic Parmesan Turkey Breast Cutlets *MADE* this was good! The turkey was a wee bit dry... I browned them a little then baked for 28ish minutes because it wasn't coming out to 165 degrees. I actually used plain bread crumbs and chipotle panko crumbs and it turned out pretty nice.
