Gluten Free, Grain Free Cheesy Garlic Cauliflower Bread Sticks - THIS is delicious! It turned out JUST like the picture, although I may have went overboard on the garlic. But, can you really have too much garlic?
Gluten-free vanilla cupcakes with mocha icing--Gav and I made them vegan by replacing the egg with applesauce. He's a good helper and our first trek into gluten free baking seems to be successful so far; they look good, but we can't frost and eat until tomorrow. Gavin says the batter was delicious, though. :)
