Week 6: Fitness Legs 75 jumping jacks 75 high knees arms up 25 jump squats 75 flash dances 50 single leg alternating side lunges 50 mountain climbers 25 burpees or side burpees 25 external rotation jump squats 60 calf raises (20 parallel, 20 internal, 20 external) Repeat once more 2-3x week
Week 2: Cardio Legs Workout 5 minutes jump rope option high knees 30 squat jumps (alternating legs) 2 minutes squat front kicks (alternating legs) 2 minutes burpees 2 minutes jumping jacks 2 minutes single leg side squats (alternating legs) 2 minutes pitter-patter quick feet (think Flashdance!) Repeat the workout 2x (30 +/- min workout) 2-3x during week 2

Week 3: Vacation Legs Workout 2 minutes curtsey squats (alternating legs) 2 minute pulsing travel outer glutes + outer thighs right 2 minute pulsing travel outer glutes + outer thighs left 2 minutes quadruped (fire hydrant + external arabesque) 2 minutes quadruped (fire hydrant + external arabesque) 2 minutes mountain climbers 2 minutes burlesque inner thighs, tight crisscross then wide + quick Repeat the workout 2x (30 +/- min workout) 2-3x during week 3
Week 1: Summer Legs Workout 2 minutes of around-the-world lunges 50 squats 1 minute pulsing pigeon toe squats (internal rotation) 2 minutes squat side karate kick (alternating sides) 1 minute calf raises in 1st position (use inner thighs) 2 minutes plies in 1st position 1 minute 2nd position calf raises 2 minutes 2nd position gran plies 2 minutes high knees option arm ups Repeat the workout 2x (30 +/- min workout) 2-3x during week 1
