Jamie Oliver's mega chocolate fudge cake - I converted it to an allergen-free cake by substituting: 1 1/2 cups Enjoy Life Chocolate Chunks (for the dark chocolate fudge); 3/4 cup soy-free Earth Balance Spread (for the butter); 1/2 cup organic brown sugar; 1 cup gluten free flour + 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder + 1/2 tsp. salt (for the almonds self-raising flour); 1 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (for the eggs).
