Here’s what you can do along with your usual ab workout: Get on all fours, back straight, looking down. Exhale completely, then hold your breath. Pull your belly toward your spine (“suck in”) as hard as possible for 10 seconds, while continuing to hold your breath. Inhale. Take a few breaths, then repeat 10 times.

I really need to work on having better posture, I want to look more confident... and slimmer too!
Improving your posture can improve neck and back pain! Also most of the thoracic outlet syndrome patients I see get 80% improvement in symptoms once they train their muscles to keep them in a good postural stance. It takes time but it's worth it! Think of a string pulling the top of your head upward to pull yourself out of pain.
