For this week's #projectquilting challenge, #abecedarius, I made a little decoration for my makerspace after we move. It finished at about 7" x 12", and was quilted using variegated #aurifil thread.#makersgonnamake @thebodgery #Regram via @theblacksheepsfriend
So excited to link my first #pqseason10 #projectquilting. To me nothing says hope like butterflies. They make me think of Spring and rebirth which leads me to be hopeful for getting thinks right no matter what I am doing. I found out that American Indians also find butterflies to be a symbol of hope. That lead me to paper piecing these little beauties and adding them to some bright and beautiful butterfly fabric. @persimondreams @quiltchicken #Regram via @mysewingpursuits
Hope springs eternal....that the NEXT bag I make will be the PERFECT bag!#projectquilting is in it's 10th year, and this week's theme is Hope Springs Etetnal. As someone who has made at least 50 bags of various types and sizes, my hope is always that the next bag pattern I try will yield the perfect bag. This applique wall hanging measures 10" x 10". #persimondreams #projectquilting10 #Regram via @sj7107
