Get a pound of meat. No need for that much butter. I didn't have Dijon so I put some honey and regular mustard and a 1/2 tsp of sugar in the mix. I also buttered the bottom of the pan and precut the rolls and meat for easy eating. SO DAMN GOOD.
Biscut Chicken Pot Pies ~1.5 lbs cut up chiken cooked in olive oil w/ 1/2 medium white onion ~3 cans homestyle grands biscuts ~1 lg jar heinz chicken gravy ~1 bag frozen mixed veggies ~pepper and salt to taste ~coat pan in non-stick spray. flatten biscuts, place in muffin pan, pushing center down. fill each biscut. bake according to directions on biscuts. **recipe yeilds 24 biscuts
