Strawberry Mango Salsa. One of my favorite recipes. Also, take Corn Tortillas and spread almond oil over them evenly and lightly. Sprinkle Cinnamon & Brown Sugar over them - bake slowly for 10 minutes at 300. When the tortillas are crunchy (but not burnt) take them out & let them cool. Break them apart and voila..yummy tortilla chips to dip with.
