Skinny Breakfast Sausage Ingredients 1 pound lean ground turkey, I used 93% lean 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 teaspoon dried sage 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (more or less to taste) 1 teaspoon dried oregano Kosher or sea salt to taste
Dilly Dip Shooters -- 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup mayo 1 tbsp Dill - fresh = 2 Tbsp 1/2 tsp garlic powder Salt to taste Lemon pepper to taste Combine all ingredients well, refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight. To serve get shot glasses and fill bottom with a few tbsp of dill dip then layer in your favorite veggies like cherry tomato, carrot sticks, celery sticks, ect.
