Bow Tie Pasta with Chicken and Broccoli: Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (1 to 1-1/4 pounds total), cut into bite-size pieces. Light mayonnaise makes an easy sauce for the chicken and pasta. It also helps keep the fat and calories down in this recipe.
Spaghetti Aglio, Olio, e Peperoncino. Simple, easy, and cheap!!! I didn't use near as much red pepper flakes as it called for, and I sauteed the garlic and pepper flakes first. Next time I might try the suggestion for adding asparagus and shrimp.
Baked Ziti: aka whatever pasta you have in the pantry :) Made this tonight with what I had on hand. Used beef broth instead of wine. 28 oz. can whole San Marzano tomatoes, crushed by hand. Only three links spicy Italian sausage. No eggplant or olives. Yummy. Family loved it, even the baby!
