Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili is one of my MOST POPULAR recipes – QUICK and EASY prep!

Chicken Taco Chili: great change from the everyday chili. Very low in fat and high in fiber. I used 2 lbs chicken breast, 2 pkg taco seasoning, 1T garlic, black pepper. I left out the chili peppers. Garnished with FF sour cream and fresh lime.

Going to try this but modified. I don't have Herbs De Provence so I'm not sure what I will rub it with. I don't have red peppers so I'll layer the bottom with onion and carrots and stuff the bird with apples, carrots and onion. We'll see how it tastes.

Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili: this has become a standard in my house. I actually took the general recipe and un-crock-potted it so I can make huge vats and freeze it. It's easy to add/omit ingredients too. Pretty basic.

Chicken taco chili...only about 200 calories a serving and makes 8 servings! 1 can black beans, 1 can kidney beans, 1 can corn kernels, 16 oz tomato sauce, 28 oz diced tomatoes, packet taco seasoning, 1 tbsp chili powder, 3 boneless chicken breasts. 6 hours high or 10 hours low in the crock pot. i'm substituting morningstar "chik-un"
