This is what I have to KEEP telling myself. Its easy to get discouraged when you think your not getting the results you want!! Weight loss journal....I like this idea with a comp book..not sure mine would be as busy but the scrapbooker in me is thinking of ways to make a fun food journal with pics and quotes and such...must try this. I love to handwrite things, not sure tracking on my phone would be my best...no where to make notes and track my feelings and such.

I've been letting the stress of work distract me! But with the holidays upon us (Halloween candy in the house!), I've got to refocus. Christmas is always a challenge so my short term goal is to eat well & exercise from now until then!
