Blood Orange Rosemary Fizz For the Rosemary simple syrup 1 cup sugar 2 cups water 1 sprig of rosemary Place the sugar and water in a saucepan and heat until it just starts to boil, stir until the sugar is melted and remove from the heat. Put the rosemary sprig into the simple syrup and steep in for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the rosemary sprig and place simple syrup in a jar and place in fridge to cool. This will keep for up to a week.
