    Trim & Healthy Tuesday (THM): Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge (S)

    THM Rich Chocolate Fudge In a saucepan melt 1 stick of butter 1/2 cup peanut butter remove from heat and add: 2 oz cream cheese 4 TBLS unsweetened cocoa powder 11 tsp ground Truvia (or alternate sweetener to tast) wisk all ingredients untill smooth. Pour into a wax paper lined shallow dish. Freeze for 15 min and cut into bite size pieces. Store in refridgerator

    Skinny Toffee (S) --- 1/4c browned butter, 3/4c coconut oil, 1T Truvia, 1/2t salt, 1/2t caramel ext, 1 scoop whey protein. Blend all ingredients in the blender and put it on a cookie sheet in the freezer to harden.
