2 Bean Southwestern Chicken Clean Eating Slow Cooker recipes 4-8oz boneless/ skinless chicken breasts into crockpot; add 1 (12 oz.) jar salsa +1-28 oz. can diced tomatoes in juice; layer 1-15 oz. can pinto beans, rinse/ drain +1-15 oz. can black beans, rinse/ drain; +1# froz./ thawed corn. Cook low 5-7 hrs. until chicken falls apart when stirred.
3/26/13 Borracho Beans - I worked with what I had for this recipe and it turned out fantastic. I left out the jalapenos, cilantro, bacon drippings and beer and chopped up a thick slice of ham in place of the ham hocks. Used all the spices, plus about 1/4 tsp. oregano. We loved this!
