3/26/13 Borracho Beans - I worked with what I had for this recipe and it turned out fantastic. I left out the jalapenos, cilantro, bacon drippings and beer and chopped up a thick slice of ham in place of the ham hocks. Used all the spices, plus about 1/4 tsp. oregano. We loved this!

Borracho beans. Pinto beans, bacon, onion, beer, slow cooker. Lovin' it.

    We can't use Worcestershire sauce, should I sub with bbq sauce or just leave it out? Can't wait to try this!
