Balsamic Mushrooms (recipe for 1 person) 12 button mushrooms 1-2 garlic cloves finely chopped Olive oil 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar 50ml cream Salt/pepper Saute oil, garlic & mushrooms. Add half the balsamic vinegar to pan & turn up heat so it bubbles & reduces, when reduced quite a bit, add rest of vinegar. Keep it bubbling but don't let it reduce to nothing.
