These books taught me about teenage drama, boy friends and how awesomely horrid it would be to have a twin who was my exact opposite. For the record, I'd totally read this again if I had them. Totally.

My mom armed herself with these on every long car ride or plane trip.

The first Berenstain Bear book was published in 1962 and was called The Big Honey Hunt. It was published by Dr. Seuss' own imprint, Beginner Books. More than 260 million copies have been sold since then (that's for the whole series, of course, not just The Big Honey Hunt).

We couldn't wait to get the Sears Christmas Book every year...We played "circle what you want" ....lol.

kinda scary for me still back then, cuz i was traumatized at age 5 because my super smart dad took me and brother to the big screen to see E.T...scarred me for life!
