    Pasta alla Puttanesca - Saute 2-3 chopped garlic cloves in 2 T olive oil, about 30 sec. Add 1 14-oz can diced tomatoes, 1/4 c. pitted & halved olives, 2 chopped anchovy fillets, 1 T drained capers, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes and simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 min. Salt & pepper to taste. Pour sauce over cooked spaghetti. Top with fresh basil & parmesan
