A brief comparison of the myths and truths of what differentiated instruction is. This diagram allows a teacher to plan for differentiated instruction to be included in every lesson/activity. In order to follow the diagram, the teacher will need to aware of such needs. In Fulfilling the Promise of the Differentiated Classroom page 19 says, "Effective differentiation begins with awareness and understanding of basic student needs."
Although this "tiered activity planning sheet" models for a kindergarten class, I think it could be used at any grade level. Great for those of us who do better with a visual.
