    Banana Pancake Bites » Emily Bites. yield: 24 PANCAKE BITES INGREDIENTS: 1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart Pancake & Baking Mix, 2/3 cup skim milk, ½ cup reduced calorie breakfast syrup, 1 large ripe banana, chopped into small pieces. DIRECTIONS: Pre-heat the oven to 350. Lightly mist a 24 count mini muffin tin with cooking spray. In a large bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, milk and syrup until thoroughly combined. Divide the batter evenly amongst the prepared mini muffin tin cups. Sprinkle the chopped banana pieces over the tops of each muffin cup. Bake in the oven for 12-14 minutes until golden and cooked through. WEIGHT WATCHERS POINTS PLUS: 1 per pancake bites NUTRITION INFORMATION: 33 calories, 7 g carbs, 0 g fat, 1 g protein, 0 g fiber

This chicken marinade has been my Go to recipe FOREVER. Cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, lime juice, lemon juice, sugar, EVOO! It is the BOMB! Be sure to save some marinade to pour OVER the chicken once it comes off the grill. You will be sopping it up. Trust me on this one!

BIKINI FIT LUNCH: Black-eyed Pea Salad 2 cans black-eyed peas, 1 diced tomato, 1/2 diced red onion, 1 small or 1/2 large red, yellow, or orange bell pepper, 1 jalapeno,4 green onions, 1/3 cup cilantro, 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar (unseasoned), 2 Tbsp. canola oil, 1/2 tsp. organic cane sugar, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Bean dishes are a good substitute for meat dishes when trying to get fit!
