Crockpot Chicken Tacos - Dump 1 envelope of taco seasoning, 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts & a jar of salsa in the crockpot, stir and cook on high(4-6 hrs.) or low(6-8 hrs.) Should be able to shred with a fork. Place meat mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings

Just combine a bunch of basic ingredients, including kidney and black beans, chopped peppers, corn, tomatoes and spices, then top it all with whole chicken breasts, set it and forget it.
Crockpot chicken tacos... um, talk about easy! Throw chicken, salsa, Taco seasoning into a slow cooker... mix it up, turn in on low, go to work and come home to an awesome smelling house! Use a fork and shred it up nice and easy inside the slow cooker... it just falls apart so nicely! Was a big hit for taco Tuesday and I loved the minimal effort I had to put into it! :)
