The Monkey Wrench Gang, Edward Abbey. Definitely on my top five, best books ever read!

I had no idea this cover was by Edward Gorey - had to read this for Trads I, permanently scarred by some of the puritan sermons therein.

This was the original I saw. Now, due I'm sure, to the yuppie wear logo, it's changed to life is sweet.

Any parent of a child on the autism spectrum would find this very good book frighteningly plausible.

Pure magic. My father gave me this when I turned 18, and it went to college with me my freshman year. It stayed with me even though I no longer have that copy of the book.
