Cupcake liner Christmas Trees. This is so cute. Use a piece of cardstock and tape it into a cone shape. Trim the bottom so that it will stand up flat. Cut the centers out of cupcake liners and glue the ruffles on till everything is covered. Use a piece of the center to cover the tip and glue on the last ruffle.
