Picture a Story is a neat writing interactive from The Delaware Museum where students create a picture using art from the museum, then write about it and record their story online. There are six genres to choose from. Students are then provided with characters, backgrounds, and objects to complete their picture.  Once the picture is assembled it is time to write the story in the box provided. A short story starter is provided but does not have to be used. Next the story can be recorded. If you do not have a microphone you can still create a story. Stories can be shared via email. Included in  Write On! for Kids under the tab “More Ways to Write Online”.
