Six-Layer Chocolate Cake with Toasted Marshmallow Filling and Malted Chocolate Frosting - um yeah!!
Crispy Marshmallow Squares 3 cups chocolate chips 2 cups rice krispies ( I used the gluten free ones) 3 cups marshmallows Grease 9×13 pan. In a large bowl melt chocolate chips in microwave on 50% power stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Stir in rice krispies and marshmallows. Spread into pan and cool. I place them into the refrigerator to cool. Cut into bars and enjoy!
UNBAKED PEANUT SQUARES 1 c peanut butter, 2T butter, 1c soft brown sugar,1c golden syrup, 1c peanuts (raisins opt) 4c All Bran. Heat very slowly peanut butter, butter, sugar and golden syrup until melted. Stir in rest. Press into 32x32 greased baking sheet. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. Finish off with melted choc + cream + salt Makes 30
