I don't think this burns 1000 calories because an hour of running burns about 500. But it's a pretty good workout
Not as easy as it sounds, and also doesn't burn 1,000 calories (seriously - if Insanity doesn't burn 1000 calories this doesn't lol). BUT again, a nice workout for at-home on those days where getting to the gym seems impossible.
