This is a cleverly funny, raunchy, irreverent, black comedy. Many movies have cameos by actors playing themselves, here it’s EVERYONE. Granted these guys are playing broad caricatures of themselves here; at least I think they are. Who knows maybe this is the real them. This film multitasks, just when you think it’s a barrel down the road, flat out slapstick comedy it throws in a few made you jump horror moments. Most movies that try to be many things fail, happily this succeeds.

In 19th-century France, Jean Valjean, who for decades has been hunted by the ruthless policeman Javert after he breaks parole, agrees to care for factory worker Fantine's daughter, Cosette. The fateful decision changes their lives forever.
I have enjoyed Matt Damon in any number of things,. sadly this is not one of them. There wasn’t one thing I liked about this Total Recall, meets Blade Runner, meets RoboCop, meets a dozen other movie rip-offs. If I could have I’d have thrown something at the screen. What were you thinking Matt?
This movie is just plain ole great! I could not find one single thing I'd change about it. The cast was perfect. The action scenes exciting. The humor just right. Boy did they ever hit a homerun with this one. It's been a long time since my fellow movie going companions and I all walked out of a movie babbling excitedly. Oh and one more thing, Groot rules!
