EASY CROCKPOT POTATO SOUP: 1 30oz. bag of frozen potatoes 3 14oz. cans of chicken broth 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1/4 tsp. ground pepper 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese (DON'T use low fat-it won't melt!) Add everything BUT cream cheese to slow cooker and cook on low 6-8 hrs. Add cream cheese in the last hour; keep stirred and let melt. Top with shredded cheese, bacon bits, and chopped green.
