Peach Green Smoothie | 1 1/2 peaches (Mine were canned so I also added about 2 Tablespoons of the peach juice.) 1 banana, 1-2 cups baby spinach, 1 teaspoon flaxseed, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Designer Whey), 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice), 6-8 ice cubes -- Layer all ingredients except for ice in blender. Blend on medium speed until well combined and smooth. Add ice cubes and blend again until thick and creamy. Slurp up!

The Slim Down Berry Detox smoothie! Unlike a lot of other detox smoothies, this one actually tastes good ;) Recipe: 12 oz. unsweetned coconut milk 1/3 c. blackberries 1/3 c. strawberries 1/3 c. raspberries 1/3 c. blueberries 1 scoop strawberry IdealShape protein powder 1 T. sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix Add ice, mix, and enjoy!

Breakfast Coffee Protein Shake: 2 handfuls ice, 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 cup of brewed coffee, and 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk - enjoy!!!

1/2 Banana, frozen 1/2 cup Dole mandarin oranges 1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder 1 tsp Stevia

***Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Shake. I used 1 cup frozen berries, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla whey protein, 1 heaping spoon almond butter, and 1 tablespoon flax seeds.

Blueberry & Peach Smoothie 1 cup frozen blueberries 1 cup frozen peaches 1 cup Greek yogurt 10 raw almonds Almond milk (1/4 cup + for desired consistency)

Healthy Fruit and Oat Smoothie 1 cup quartered strawberries 1 sliced banana 1/4 cup raw almonds 1/2 cup of oats 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt 1 teaspoon of honey cinnamon

Apple Raspberry Protein Smoothie: 1 scoop vanilla IdeaShake mix, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1 apple, 1/2 cup raspberries. (Add spinach for a green smoothie)

The Hulk Shake!! I absolutely love to make my protein shakes with spinach in them. Sometimes I leave out the protein powder because my daughter loves them also.
