      Baked kale chips ... I'm addicted. Oven at 300 F, wash and then pull kale from stock and rip into bite size pieces. Toss with some olive oil and salt to taste. Bake for 15 - 18' (keep an eye on them after 13' so they don't turn brown) Garnish with sesame seeds if desired. Satisfies the "must eat potato chips" craving!
