Two recipes for cooking Kale...Simmered Kale and Pan-Cooked Kale With Garlic and Olive Oil. I had to season this a bit more the second time I fixed it. I doubled the amount of garlic and onions. Plus I added three beef boullion cubes to the water. Maybe next time i will add low fat chicken broth or veggie broth. I just like more seasoning than most people.
Lemon-Garlic Chicken With Green Beans and Potatoes In a large bowl, combine the remaining oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper; add the chicken, green beans and potatoes and toss to coat. Pour this mix into the pan and spread around evenly. Roast for 50 minutes or until cooked through. Serve warm.
