Skip the diet and just eat healthy. Crash diets, starvation diets, and diets that cut things out like Atkins aren't going to work. Your body NEEDS those things. It needs carbs and sugar and all the other things we're told are bad. It's all about proportion and moderation.
Sometimes I just like to step out from behind the shield I have against skinny people and admit that I don't just think curvy women are beautiful. I think athletic women are beautiful, and skinny women, and some hefty women are pretty frickin' gorgeous. I wish I could look this adorable in sportswear, though :P
