    • 3 pinch Salt
    • 2/3 cup Sugar
    • 9 1/2 oz Sugar
    • 3 tsp Vanilla

    Nuts & Seeds

    • 6 oz Pistachio, ground
    • 3/4 tsp Pistachio flavor, strong
    • 3/4 cup Pistachios, ground
    • 3/8 tsp Stong pistachio flavor

    Dairy

    • 5 tbsp Butter

    • 1 cup Half & half or whole milk
    • 8 oz Half & half or whole milk
