I am obsessed with Zombie Burger's Fried Pickles.. I found a recipe that is pretty much dead on but these are baked & much lighter! I use Vlasic pickles.. just because I prefer them. Dip pickles in eggs & flour then in worcestershire, hot sauce, garlic powder, cajun seasoning, pepper & panko bread crumbs. Broil for 5 mins each side. SO GOOD!
Oven fried pickles! Ingredients: 1 jar sliced dill pickels 2 eggs 1/3 cup flour 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1 tsp hot sauce 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp cajun seasoning 1 tsp pepper 1.5 cups panko bread crumbs Turn on oven broiler
Mix 2 eggs, 1/3 cup flour, 1tsp worcesteshire, 1 tsp hot sauce, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp Cajun seasoning.. Dip hamburger dill pickle slices in mix, then dip in panko bread crumbs (need 1 1/2 cup).. Put on lightly oiled cookie sheet and put in broiler on high, or 450 degrees) for 3 min on each side. Goes great dipped in fat free ranch mixed with franks red hot buffalo sauce! Makes 30-40 pickles (6 servings) for about 110 cal

Mississippi Sin Dip- SO GOOD! Let's just say that I made this for a party and the ENTIRE thing was gone in an hour or less! I used light sour cream and light cream cheese (not that that really helps this "sinful" dip) SO good. Maybe add a few hits of hot sauce.
