    1/4 tsp Ginger, ground
    1 Sweet pepper, medium red


    1/3 cup Stir-fry sauce, bottled

    Pasta & Grains

    2 cups Chinese egg noodles or fine egg noodles, dried

    Oils & Vinegars

    2 tsp Peanut oil or cooking oil

    Nuts & Seeds

    2 tbsp Cashews or peanuts or toasted sliced almonds


    1 cup Snow pea pods or fresh sugar snap peas, tips and stems removed, and cut up
