      Cauliflower Pizza Bites. Each bite is only 8 calories. But seriously..it's like eating mini bagel bites. It makes a lot but have no leftovers!! Use parchment paper on a pizza pan and cook for 20 min - worked great!!

    Pepperoni pizza bites. Made a cheap and easy version with 2 bags of Trader Joes premade herbed pizza dough (stretched out on floured surface and cut into 2" pieces), string cheese cut into 1" pieces, and turkey pepperoni. Brushed with oil and topped with grated parm. Have some marinara for dipping too. Prep time 20 min, cook time 25 min. Total cost ~$11.
