OK I know this is supposed to be motivation....but I laughed because I have a body, of course, but I am DEFINITELY not an athlete and I wouldn't want to insult them!

Don't dream of winning, Train for it. Words of wisdom right there the more you train the better you are.

Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank.

Excuses only hold you back...stop making excuses and do what is difficult because in the end...you'll find it is well worth it.
